Qualifications:

Valid NY Teacher ESOL License issued by the NYDOE Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred Demonstrated ability to adapt instruction for English language learners Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Willingness to work .2 FTE with flexible hours across Monday through

Friday Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, standards-based ESOL instruction to K-12 students Collaborate with general education and other specialized teachers to create differentiated lessons Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation per district guidelines Foster a supportive, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom environment Participate in IEP, faculty, and planning meetings as needed Serve as a resource for colleagues and families on English language learner best practices
