This is an independent contractor position , not a regular employee position. The teacher will work on a flexible, part-time basis, generally one or two times per week , depending on the program schedule and enrollment. Responsibilities Plan and teach engaging Spanish language lessons for children. Create age-appropriate activities that develop speaking, listening, vocabulary, and basic reading skills. Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate with the Center regarding class schedules and student needs. Provide appropriate learning materials or lesson plans as needed. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish. Experience teaching children is preferred. Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lessons. Reliable and professional. Previous teaching, tutoring, or educational experience is a plus. Schedule Approximately 1-2 classes per week . Schedule will be arranged based on the teacher's availability and the Center's program schedule. Classes may take place on weekends or weekday evenings. Compensation Compensation will be agreed upon based on teaching experience, class length, and program requirements. Contractor Status This position is offered as an independent contractor opportunity . The teacher is responsible for their own taxes and any applicable expenses associated with providing services.
