Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English language instruction appropriate for K-8 students. Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, listening, and communication skills. Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, activities, and assessments. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and language proficiency levels. Maintain a positive, supportive, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with school staff and other educators to support student success. Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, ESL, TESOL, or a related field. Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification appropriate for the position. Experience working with English language learners preferred. Strong communication, classroom management, and instructional skills. Ability to support students with diverse academic and language-learning needs.
