We are seeking to hire a cake decoration professional to teach our Cake Decoration course in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position looking to be filled immediately. The instructor must be available Monday

• Friday and needs to have availability to teach an evening session from 5-9p.

m. The course is taught to students live online and the instructor is required to teach from our Valencia Campus. Instructor should have mastery of piping forms, should be knowledgeable in fondant techniques, excel in creating gum paste designs, and have skill in creating in-trend cake designs like surprise cakes, two-tier cakes and carved cakes. Spanish fluency is required

• instruction is to be provided in the Spanish language.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Cottage Food License and ServSafe Food Handler Certificate are a plus but not required
• Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate and inspire students to excel in their chosen field
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
