Atlas Beauty, Inc. is seeking an experienced and passionate Spanish-speaking Electrology & Laser Instructor to join our growing education team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English and has professional experience in electrology, laser hair removal, and related laser/light-based technologies. This instructor will work directly with students to provide engaging theory instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on practical training while helping students develop the knowledge, confidence, safety practices, and technical skills needed to enter the industry. Responsibilities Provide electrology and laser instruction in Spanish and English Teach and reinforce course theory, safety protocols, sanitation, and infection-control procedures Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations Teach proper client consultation, contraindications, treatment preparation, and aftercare Demonstrate proper use and handling of electrology and laser equipment Supervise students during practical training Evaluate student progress, practical skills, assignments, and competency Maintain accurate attendance and student progress records Assist students who require additional instruction or practical support Follow Atlas Beauty curriculum, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Maintain a professional, supportive, and structured learning environment

Qualifications Required:

Fluent in Spanish and English Professional experience in electrology and/or laser hair removal Strong understanding of laser safety, skin and hair anatomy, contraindications, treatment protocols, and sanitation Excellent communication and teaching skills Ability to confidently demonstrate procedures and supervise hands-on student training Dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable working with students from different backgrounds and experience levels

Preferred:

Current electrology, laser, esthetics, or related professional license/certification, as applicable Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience Experience working in a beauty school, electrology program, laser training program, med spa, or similar environment Experience with multiple laser and light-based modalities What We're Looking For We are looking for an instructor who is not only technically knowledgeable but also genuinely enjoys teaching and developing future professionals. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
