FIB is seeking a knowledgeable, motivated, and passionate Spanish-Speaking Esthetics Instructor to join our education team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English , has professional esthetics experience, and enjoys teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals. This position will involve providing theory instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on practical education to esthetics students. The instructor will help students develop the technical knowledge, professionalism, sanitation practices, and practical skills necessary to successfully complete their program and prepare for professional licensure. Responsibilities Provide esthetics instruction in Spanish and English Teach both theory and hands-on practical skills Demonstrate proper facial and skincare techniques Teach skin analysis, skin types, conditions, and contraindications Provide instruction in cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, masks, extractions, and other foundational esthetics procedures Teach waxing and hair-removal techniques Reinforce sanitation, disinfection, infection-control, and client safety procedures Teach proper client consultation, treatment planning, and aftercare Supervise students during practical services and hands-on training Evaluate student practical skills, assignments, and overall progress Assist students with preparation for their licensing examinations Maintain accurate student attendance, progress, and educational records Provide additional support to students who may require individualized instruction Follow Atlas Beauty curriculum, school policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Maintain a professional, positive, and structured classroom environment

Qualifications Required:

Fluent in Spanish and English Current Esthetics license, as applicable Professional experience working as an esthetician Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, sanitation, infection control, and client safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable demonstrating procedures and supervising hands-on student training Dependable, organized, patient, and professional Passion for educating and mentoring future estheticians

Preferred:

Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience Esthetics instructor license or credentials, if applicable Experience working within a beauty school or vocational education environment Experience preparing students for state board examinations Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that being a great esthetician and being a great instructor require more than technical ability. The ability to clearly teach and communicate esthetics concepts in Spanish is an important part of this position.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
