Key Qualifications:
A valid teaching certification appropriate for general education and/or ESL instruction Experience teaching in a general education classroom (elementary, middle, or high school level) Expertise in English as a Second Language (ESL) methodologies and best practices Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to create engaging, differentiated lesson plans that meet diverse learners' needs Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction to students from various backgrounds and proficiency levels Develop lesson plans and instructional materials for both general education and ESL students Assess and monitor student progress, tailoring instruction as necessary Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to develop strategies for student success Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Participate in professional development and school activities as required Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs This supportive school community empowers teachers and values innovative, student-centered education.
