Qualifications and Experience:

Active ESL License issued by the state of Tennessee (required) Experience supporting K-12 students in an educational setting Strong instructional skills in both general education and ESL methodologies Flexibility and adaptability for travel across multiple sites within the district Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver dynamic and inclusive instruction to K-12 students, adapting lesson plans to meet ESL and general education objectives Support language development and academic achievement for English Language Learners at all proficiency levels Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to tailor instruction and share student progress Travel between assigned schools as scheduled, maintaining seamless service and communication Maintain accurate documentation, including lesson plans, student assessments, and program data In this role, youll work a steady scheduleMonday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm, totaling 32.5 hours each week.
