Responsibilities Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each child's learning style, interests, and developmental stage Develop engaging curriculum activities that promote language acquisition, literacy education, and cultural awareness in Spanish Utilize learning technology and e-learning platforms to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive lessons Provide tutoring sessions to reinforce language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with disabilities or special education needs, ensuring inclusive learning experiences Manage classroom dynamics effectively through classroom management strategies that foster respect and motivation Collaborate with parents and caregivers to track progress, share insights, and support ongoing learning at home Requirements Proven experience working with children across early childhood education, preschool settings, or classroom environments Strong background in teaching foreign languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, French, Japanese or English with demonstrated instructional adaptability Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education techniques Experience working with students with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable Familiarity with learning technology tools and e-learning platforms used for remote or hybrid instruction Excellent writing skills and the ability to create clear instructional materials Childcare experience combined with classroom experience that emphasizes nurturing and safety standards Join us in making a meaningful impact by fostering bilingual skills and cultural understanding!
