Mountaintop Montessori seeks an engaging and enthusiastic part-time Spanish language teacher for Grades 1-8, starting as soon as possible for the 2026-2027 school year. The Spanish instructor teaches at the lower elementary, upper elementary, and middle School levels, averaging 36 hours/week. Salary is competitive, starting at $33/hour, and will be adjusted according to qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate:

Has experience teaching Spanish language and culture in an elementary and middle school setting Is able to effectively teach through a fully interactive approach, focusing on speaking and listening while introducing reading and writing Is comfortable using technology to enhance the learning experience Works collaboratively with all members of the school community Is self-directed and has a strong work ethic Has excellent communication skills Requirements Bachelor's degree Native or near-native fluency in Spanish Authorized to work in the U.S. Must clear a criminal background check Please send a cover letter and resume to ashen@mountaintopmontessori.
