• $45/hr on W2 (All Inclusive) About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher to support multilingual learners in a high school setting in Kenosha, Wisconsin .

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed educator who is passionate about helping English Language Learners build language proficiency and achieve academic success in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging ESL instruction to high school students. Support approximately 30-40 multilingual learners . Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum and language development goals. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and support staff. Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation. Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Qualifications Required:

Active Wisconsin 1395 ESL (English as a Second Language) License Eligible to work in Wisconsin schools Strong classroom management and communication skills

Preferred:
