A Biology Professor teaches foundational biology ideas, truths, and methods to students through a combination of classroom instruction, lab experience, and assignments at colleges, trade schools or other institutes. May assist or lead in the creation of the biology curriculum to be taught. In addition to instruction, they may assist or lead in research initiatives relating to their field.

Study of anatomical terminology, the cell, the sense organs, and the structure and function of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, and endocrine systems.

Anatomy and Physiology II Lecture:
Study of circulation, respiration, digestion, excretion, reproduction and development, fluids and electrolytes, and acid-base balance.

Lab course studying the structure and function of the circulatory, respiratory, lymphatic, digestive, urinary, and male and female reproductive systems.
