Job Description
Part-Time Faculty - Biotechnology (South) Teaching Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Courses Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as-needed" basis and will work for the duration of the time specified by the respective course(s). A portion of teaching assignments may include evening or weekend classes as needed. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area, the needs of students, and the College, which may require physical presence at the assigned on-site work location. Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing courses will generally be conducted at South Campus and The Center for Biotechnology at Generation Park but may occasionally be taught at a different campus or an external training site.
