A Business Professor teaches foundational business ideas, truths, and methods to students through a combination of classroom instruction and assignments at colleges, trade schools or other institutes. May assist or lead in the creation of the business curriculum to be taught. In addition to instruction, they may assist or lead in research initiatives relating to their field.
Faculty Positions in Finance The Graduate School of Business at Stanford University seeks applications for tenure-track faculty positions in the field of finance. All ranks and relevant disciplines will be considered. Applicants should possess a strong research background and an interest in the study of finance, and the ability to teach courses in finance effectively in both MBA and PhD programs. Junior applicants should have or expect to complete a PhD by September 1, 2027.
