We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Entrepreneurship Instructor to lead an after-school enrichment program for middle school students. The instructor will introduce students to the exciting world of entrepreneurship through hands-on activities, creative challenges, and real-world business concepts. Participants will learn how to develop business ideas, identify customer needs, create simple business plans, understand budgeting and marketing basics, and strengthen leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The program encourages creativity, innovation, teamwork, and confidence while helping students explore what it takes to turn ideas into successful ventures.

PM Grade Levels:
7th•8th Grade Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging entrepreneurship lessons and interactive business activities. Teach foundational business concepts, including idea generation, budgeting, marketing, branding, customer service, and financial literacy. Guide students through creative projects such as developing a business concept or product pitch. Encourage innovation, teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where students feel confident sharing ideas. Supervise students throughout the program and ensure their safety and well-being. Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and program coordinators. Arrive prepared with lesson plans, instructional materials, and project resources. Qualifications Experience in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, economics, education, or a related field preferred. Previous experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, or working with youth is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Passion for helping young people develop leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking. Reliable, enthusiastic, patient, and able to make business concepts engaging for middle school students.
