Job Description:
The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary's University invites applications for part-time Adjunct Faculty for various business positions beginning Spring 2026 and ongoing. The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business is accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) and is committed to preparing students for lives of significance in business and society. Our programs emphasize ethics, leadership, entrepreneurship, and global perspectives, consistent with Mount St. Mary's mission as a Catholic liberal arts university. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Teach assigned courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing. Deliver engaging instruction and maintain high academic standards. Provide timely feedback and academic support to students. Adhere to course outcomes and assessment standards established by the Bolte School of Business.
Job Requirements:
Education, Experience and Skills:
Required Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing (or a related field), OR a Ph.D. in one of these areas. Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence. Preferred Prior university-level teaching experience. Professional or industry experience in the field. Evidence of scholarly engagement and professional development.
