Continuous Roles Northwood University seeks a dynamic individual with a strong record of teaching at the undergraduate level, industry experience, and strong interpersonal skills to teach at the Midland, Michigan campus. The candidate would be expected to teach some daytime classes with the possibility of teaching either day or evening classes in the future. Northwood University offers the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. The need for adjunct faculty is based on student enrollment and varies by semester.Desired disciplines include:

- Master's degree from a regionally-accredited institution or a Master's degree in a closely-related discipline with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in specific discipline

- For business-related disciplines, industry experience closely related to the discipline
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide and diverse range of students and colleagues
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills in a variety of delivery formats
