Leadership and Organizations This course examines modern leadership and organizational dynamics, focusing on how contemporary issues reshape traditional paradigms. Key concepts include servant leadership, ethical decision-making, and global leadership. Through case studies and exercises, students develop strategies for organizational effectiveness. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with 5 years managerial experience. Graduate degree must be from a regionally accredited university or either AACSB accredited program or ACBSP accredited program or international equivalent.
