facultyapplication@umo.edu The University of Mount Olive, Tillman School of Business (TSB), invites applications for a 9.5‑month, full‑time Management Faculty position. The Tillman School of Business undergraduate programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). TSB's Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) curriculum includes a comprehensive business core, requiring all majors to complete foundational management courses such as Management Principles, Human Capital Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing Management, and International Business Management. Students pursuing the Management concentration complete 30 semester hours that include Business Communications, Total Quality Management and Analytics, Business Policy and Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, and Project Management. UMO also offers the Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in Accounting and Healthcare Management. Courses are delivered in multiple formats, including daytime seated, online undergraduate, and online graduate instruction. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of five years of applied business experience MBA or Master of Science in a management discipline Other master's degree specifically related to business Degree(s) must be earned from regionally accredited institutions Preferred Qualifications Ph. D. or DBA in management or a closely related field 10+ years of industry or professional experience The University of Mount Olive requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
