Summary of Position:
William Peace University seeks qualified candidates to teach one or more of the following courses in the Business discipline for the Fall 2026 semester:
BSA-160-02
Business in Our Global Society (TuTh 9:55-11:40 am)
MGT-320-01
Project Management (MW 9:25-10:20 am) Instruction will take in-person, on-campus. Please use the supplemental questions included in the application to indicate which of the two courses you are interested in, qualified for, and are available to teach. This appointment will be from August 19, 2026 to December 14, 2026.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
BSA 160: Business in Our Global Society 4 credit hours
Course Schedule:
TuTh 9:55-11:40 am This course introduces business concepts and analyze how business influences our culture and society. Students will study and learn about business policies and practices from around the world. The course will explore the current international business environment including culture, infrastructure, investment, politics, trade, and economic development. Students will examine the strategies and structures of businesses operating in the global business environment. MGT 320: Project Management 2 credit hours
Course Schedule:
MW 9:25-10:20 am This course introduces key concepts in project management and the project management life cycle and provides an overview of industry leading project tracking applications. Upon completion, students should be able to effectively understand the 5 distinct phases of project management from planning to completion as well as how to lead through positive influence. The course will combine pedagogical concepts with practical examples.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Business or closely related field
