About the Role We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client relationships while growing and maintaining existing partnerships. This is a relationship-focused sales role where your ability to connect, listen, and problem-solve will set you apart. You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries, provide solutions that create value for clients and candidates, and play a meaningful role in helping businesses build strong teams. What You'll Do Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and networking Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach (phone, email, and meetings—both virtual and in-person) Partner with internal team members to deliver best-in-class service Provide exceptional follow-up and client support What Makes You a Strong Fit 1–5 years of professional experience (teaching experience encouraged!) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of people Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
