Responsibilities Support Bakery Team Leader in daily operations and workflow. Prepare, bake, decorate, and package bakery items to Market District standards. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies. Maintain attractive displays, signage, and merchandising for bakery products. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and product recommendations to guests. Monitor inventory, rotation, and waste; assist with ordering and production planning. Help train, coach, and direct bakery team members during shifts. Operate bakery equipment and POS systems safely and efficiently. Support execution of promotions, seasonal offerings, and sampling events. Collaborate with cross-functional store teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
