Customer Engagement This course introduces models and practices used for engagement with customers, prospects, suppliers, and internal stakeholders and the communications strategies and tactics needed to build and sustain long-term and mutually satisfying relationships that add value in today's economy. PhD/DBA Management. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) required if Doctorate is not in a business discipline AND minimum of 5 years experience in sales.
