A Business Professor teaches foundational business ideas, truths, and methods to students through a combination of classroom instruction and assignments at colleges, trade schools or other institutes. May assist or lead in the creation of the business curriculum to be taught. In addition to instruction, they may assist or lead in research initiatives relating to their field.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Shenango, located in Sharon, PA, is seeking part-time lecturers in business for the 2026-2027 academic year. Courses for Fall 2026 include Project Management and Negotiation Skills for Business Professionals , with the possibility of additional courses, as needed. Availability to teach in-person is strongly preferred. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of an earned master's degree in business or closely related field.
