Job Description
School Name School of Management Position Overview Adjunct Teaching Position in Marketing Department, courses taught would include Principles of Marketing and other marketing courses ( Advertising, Personal Selling & Sales Management, Global Marketing, Marketing Communications & Promotion, Digital Marketing) depending on candidate experience Essential Duties Course preparation Lecturing Grading Assist students Communication with students. Teach courses that meet once or twice a week and will be taught in person. Occasional Duties Email communications with department Chair and other faculty Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Familiarity with a learning management system. Knowledge of marketing principles and methods. Ability to engage students in active learning. Required Qualifications Minimum of a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field as well as some post-secondary teaching experience with related industry experience. Preferred Qualifications A minimum of 2- year college teaching experience with industry experience in marketing. Environmental Conditions This is an in person class taught in a RIC classroom
