Required Education Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration or an Associate degree with three years of documented business experience. Required Skills & Abilities Ability to teach in-person required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Above average computer skills. Exhibition of respect and professionalism in a spirit of collegiality. Microsoft Office proficient. Ability to promote an effective environment for learning in lecture and lab experiences. Ability to teach students using a variety of teaching methods. Knowledge of online delivery methods and course development. Required Experience Three years documented industry experience Preferred Experience Higher education teaching experience preferred. Experience with online teaching preferred. Special Instructions to Applicants Subject to criminal background check. Employees must reside in Texas or Oklahoma. Resume, cover letter, teaching philosophy & transcripts required in addition to application Requires in-person classroom teaching during the day on the Corinth Campus. Classes scheduled during the day or evenings depending on enrollment. Pay rate - $680/load unit (or credit hour). Business Management Job Summary North Central Texas College is seeking adjunct instructors to teach college courses in Business Management curriculum. This position carries with it the obligation to uphold the Mission of North Central Texas College in carrying out the duties of the position. It is the responsibility of the teaching faculty to provide learning activities and support that will lead to the achievement of course and program objectives and to contribute to the overall educational environment of the college and community and to provide related services such as academic advising, committee participation, professional development, community development as well as other service support that is needed in the fulfillment of the North Central Texas College's Mission.Responsibilities and Duties:
