Deliver engaging and rigorous instruction in Business. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, cultural understanding, and active student participation. Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and create an inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, plan interdisciplinary projects, and promote cross-curricular connections. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student achievement and well-being. Participate in professional development opportunities and stay updated on current trends and best practices.
