The Chemistry Department seeks an Adjunct faculty member. Teaching assignments would include lecture and laboratory instruction in General Chemistry and/or Organic Chemistry courses for both science and non-science majors.Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A candidate for this position must have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, a Master's Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, and one year of teaching Chemistry at the college level. Familiarity with the use of technology in instruction is a plus. Commitment to excellent teaching and to the goals of a community college is sought. The successful candidate should have a strong desire to interact with a culturally diverse student body.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Doctorate in Chemistry or Biochemistry is strongly preferred.Additional Information:
