Position Summary:
Administration includes but is not limited to recruitment and development of players, adherence to relevant policies and procedures, budget accountability, travel logistics, competition, and fundraising.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest degree of ethical, safety, and legal standards in fulfilling the university's mission and success of the rugby club sports program Recruit qualified student-athletes who will perform at a high level academically, ethically, and athletically -Manage the A-State Rugby Club's strategic development, annual training plans, utilization of resources and facilities, budget, and fundraising efforts Promote contemporary coaching practices and relevant skill and fitness requirements -Measure, monitor, and evaluate the development and performance of athletes and assist in talent identification. Possess a thorough understanding of eligibility criteria to participate in relevant competitions Implement standards to assist students' fulfillment of their degree requirements and degree progression Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of academic policies; knowledge of USA Rugby policies.
General Days/Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Weekends/Travel Additional hours as requested and/or needed Regular and reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications:
An earned Bachelor's Degree is required Must possess experience in advising and recruiting students, academic policy, and experience working with student-athletes. Candidate must also obtain certification as a coach through USA Rugby and maintain knowledge of USA Rugby policies and procedures to keep the program, players, and affiliates in good standing and compliance To view full details and how to apply, or
