- Must legally be able to work with children.
- Must be over the age of 20.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success!
- Must have access to a smartphone or computer for regular email/text communication.
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to arrive prepared and on time.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable providing direction, support, and feedback to other coaches.
- Must be able to manage a team and keep staff focused, motivated, and working together.
- Must be able to handle challenges calmly and make responsible decisions.
- Must be committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and positive environment.
- Must be willing to hold yourself and others accountable to our company's standards.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with children, parents, coworkers, and management.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, coaching, or management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, responsible, and ready to take ownership of their classes and coaching team. You should be someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and helps bring out the best in both students and staff. This awesome job is currently for
- Mondays 5:30-8pm, Tuesdays 9:30-11:30am, Fridays 3:30-8pm, Saturdays as needed for events or B-day parties
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 9.0 - 15.0 per weekBenefits:
