Core Job Functions:
Plan and conduct practices that develop individual and team athletic skills. Teach sport-specific fundamentals, strategies, and rules. Promote student-athlete growth, sportsmanship, and positive character. Supervise and manage student-athletes during practices, competitions, and team activities. Prepare teams for competitions and coach during games with professionalism. Prioritize athlete safety and follow all injury prevention and emergency protocols. Establish and enforce team expectations aligned with school and district policies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and athletic staff. Assist with program administration, including equipment, records, and required documentation. Comply with all school, district, and athletic association rules and professional standards
