About us Conquer Ninja Gyms are Ninja Warrior training and obstacle course facilities located in Minnesota, Texas, Massachusetts, and Arizona. These are the PREMIER facilities in these regions dedicated to individuals seeking ninja warrior and obstacle adventure race training! We are looking for positive, upbeat, energetic individuals to join our growing team!

Youth Ninja Head Coach:

32-40 hours/week Enthusiastically welcomes each member for classes, team practice, or birthday parties. Ensures the check-in process is smooth and the rules of the gym are known. Facilitates the group through guided activities as directed. Helps to develop the sport of ninja through positive encouragement and leads by example. If you love having fun while working and enjoy working with kids Conquer is the right fit for you. Ninja experience is not necessary! Responsibilities and Duties Welcomes guests Checks guests in and ensures a waiver is on file Educate the group on the gym rules Demonstrate obstacles Ensure participant safety Ability to talk fluently about Conquer services and products Ensures the entire gym is clean and suitable for the next group Assist co-workers as needed Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Qualifications First Aid Certification Night and weekend availability An engaging, outgoing personality, and passion for helping customers Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers Customer management skills Have the desire to work with children ages 5 and older Ideal Qualifications Knowledge of fitness training and techniques At least 1 year of experience in customer service At least one year of experience in coaching Personal Trainer or group fitness certification
