The Golf Club at Chaparral Pines is seeking an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to members of all ages and skill levels in a positive, engaging, and professional manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, and passionate about teaching water safety and swimming techniques in a private club setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct group and private swim lessons for children and adults Develop and follow structured lesson plans based on skill levels and goals Ensure the safety of all swimmers by maintaining vigilant supervision and enforcing pool rules Communicate progress and feedback with parents and participants Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment Assist with swim team practices, special events, or clinics as needed Serve as a positive role model and uphold the club's values and standards of member service

Qualifications:
