Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Boxing Coach to inspire and develop athletes of all skill levels. In this role, you will lead boxing training sessions, design personalized workout plans, and foster a motivating environment that encourages growth, discipline, and confidence. Your expertise will help clients achieve their fitness goals while promoting safety and proper technique. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals passionate about boxing and physical fitness. Duties Lead engaging boxing training sessions tailored to individual skill levels and goals Teach proper boxing techniques, footwork, defensive skills, and conditioning exercises Develop customized training programs that enhance strength, endurance, and agility Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect Communicate effectively with clients about their progress, goals, and any concerns related to training or safety Qualifications Prior experience as a boxing coach or trainer with a strong understanding of boxing fundamentals Demonstrated experience working with children or diverse age groups in sports or physical education settings Experience working in health clubs, gyms, or sports teams enhances your suitability for this role Ability to manage behavior and maintain a safe environment during high-energy training sessions Join us to empower individuals through the art of boxing! Pay:
