At SPC, we offer physical therapy services along with our strength training gym, which integrates physical therapy, strength training, and wellness programming for our members. Our strength training services include a Membership program both in person and online, as well as personal training one-on-one sessions with clients. Our Health and Human Performance Program (HHP) is a one-of-a-kind, results-driven program that uses a true team approach to get the best results. We leverage the collective knowledge of our team along with data tracking and weekly training to constantly upgrade the care provided. We are a values-based organization. We put our team first and encourage there to be interaction, discussion, and collaboration. SPC is hiring a Strength Coach to join our team and implement our Health and Human Performance Program (HHP) to members.

Job Description:
The strength coach position is a part-time position that requires between 12-20 hours per week and starts at $18 per hour + commission-based pay for individual training sessions.
Job Duties:
Lead group training classes at varying times including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Perform individual personal training sessions with clients Administration work required for member programming and communication Work with our team of physical therapists, administrative staff, and coaches when needed to provide the best program experience Complete focused study time on improving your craft Perform consistent and systematic strength training in line with SPC standards Become an awesome team member that makes SPC a better place to work and achieve better results with members Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee
Qualifications Essential:
Great with people Must have a growth mindset Enthusiastic about working with a team Passionate about the field of Strength & Conditioning Excellent computer skills Personal Training Certification from an accredited institution or degree in a health-related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in strength training, personal training, healthcare, or related field
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Experience with customer service An Ideal Team Player (humble, hungry for improvement and success, and great with people) Enjoys working with people, making phone calls, and improving communication between our team and clients Compensation & Benefits $18 per hour + commission based pay Free strength & conditioning programming and access to gym Free physical therapy sessions as an employee Continuing education stipend Hours This is a 15-20 hour per week position Potential early morning, evening, and weekend requirements This Job Description cannot be considered exhaustive, and other duties not included above may arise from time to time.
