We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cheer Enrichment Instructor to join our team and bring energy and leadership to our cheer classes.

(fundamentals, jumps, and cheer technique) Teach foundational skills, choreography, and performance execution. Prepare students for an end of session showcase that celebrate teamwork and athletic achievement. Foster school spirit, coordination, and camaraderie in a supportive learning environment. Adapt instruction to engage students at all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Serve as a mentor who inspires confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of performance and sport. About You Bubbly and energetic Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or enrichment settings (1+ years preferred). Confident in leading and managing groups of up to 20 students. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to problem-solve in real time. Approachable, empathetic, and skilled at building trust with children. Able to serve as a role model, demonstrating positivity, professionalism, and integrity. Passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environments. Additional Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must successfully complete a Live Scan background check and TB screening. Must successfully hold or complete NFHS Cheer and Dance Safety Certification 1-2 years of relevant experience in education, coaching, child development, or youth programs strongly preferred. Reliable transportation required.
Candidates must be able to:
  • Move frequently throughout the classroom or activity space.
  • Sit, stand, or remain active for extended periods.
  • Occasionally run, bend, or engage in moderate physical activity.
  • Safely navigate uneven or outdoor terrain.
Job Type Part-time (2-2.5 hours in the afternoon on select days) Pay Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience).
