Job Summary Join our team as a Maintenance Technician on the Night Shift and become a vital part of our manufacturing facility's success! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of our production equipment and infrastructure during overnight hours. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting will keep our facility running smoothly. Duties Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics, precision measuring instruments, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs involving welding , HVAC/R systems, and low/high voltage electrical systems to minimize downtime. Operate industrial machinery such as scissor lifts and other field service equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders, inspections, and asset tracking. Analyze equipment performance data to identify potential failures before they occur and implement corrective actions proactively. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize impact on manufacturing output while ensuring safety standards are met. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with schematics, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrician practices. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and operational manuals accurately. Hands-on experience with welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), precision measuring instruments, ammeters, ohmmeters, and low voltage systems. Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols related to electrical work in an industrial setting. Demonstrated ability to perform analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues efficiently. Excellent customer service mindset with strong communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and support field service activities. Military background or experience in industrial mechanic roles is considered a plus for this energetic position.
