Performance Coach / Sports Performance Trainer (Part-Time) Top Level Athletes -
Alhambra, CA Pay:
$18.00/hour

Part-time About Us Top Level Athletes (TLA) is a youth sports performance facility dedicated to helping athletes improve speed, strength, agility, power, and overall athletic performance. We work with athletes of all ages and skill levels in a high-energy, team-oriented environment where coaching, professionalism, and continuous learning are valued. Position Overview We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and coachable individual to join our coaching staff. Experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for former athletes, kinesiology students, personal trainers, or anyone passionate about sports performance and working with youth athletes. Responsibilities Coach and motivate athletes during training sessions Demonstrate and teach proper exercise technique Set up and clean up equipment before and after sessions Maintain a safe, organized, and positive training environment Build relationships with athletes and families Assist with daily facility operations as needed Learn and implement TLA's coaching system and training philosophy
Qualifications Preferred:
Former college athlete or competitive athletic background Coaching, personal training, or strength & conditioning experience CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Required:
