Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Flag Football training programs for students of various skill levels
  • Teach fundamental Flag Football skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense
  • Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve individual and team performance
  • Provide guidance and support to student-athletes during games and competitions
  • Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Create a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities and events
Experience:
  • Previous experience coaching Flag Football or working with students in a sports setting
  • Strong knowledge of Flag Football rules, strategies, and techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate Flag Football skills to students
  • Experience in behavior management and creating a positive learning environment
  • Knowledge of physical education principles and practices
  • Experience in other sports coaching
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field preferred
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire student athletes
  • Organizational skills to plan practices, games, and team activities effectively
  • Ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of individual players
  • Knowledge of injury prevention techniques and basic first aid We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
