Requirements:

Experience in coaching upper Level 6+ bars and vault, including spotting flipping vaults, bar transitions, release moves and other level specific progressions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes during practice and competitions Preparing athletes for competitions Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during training and events Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates on athletes Assisting with coaching Xcel and Developmental/Compulsory Teams when needed Black Diamond Kids Center is looking for the right person to join the program and continue the tradition of producing high quality gymnastics in a positive environment.
