Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate part time Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, and will be responsible for providing instruction and support in various settings. No experience needed, we will train. Flexible schedule. Duties Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to the needs of each participant. Provide direct instruction and support in various life skills, social skills, and educational activities. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement. Monitor and assess participant progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each individual. Maintain accurate records of participant progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
