We are looking for individuals that are passionate about teaching and inspiring our students with a caring and inclusive approach.

Qualifications:

Must be a trained gymnast. We highly prefer someone who has competition experience. Training and experience in cheer, acro and dance a plus. 1-2 years of experience in teaching or instructing tumbling, cheer, gymnastics, acro or other related activities preferred. Coaching high level gymnast preferred. Must be great with kids. CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (but not required) Ability to inspire and motivate our students through a positive attitude and providing helpful instruction. Must be able to create an exciting learning atmosphere. So energy and "acting" skill are used. Must be able to pass background check/drug test. Must be available year-round, including summer.

Responsibilities:

Instruct Kinetics Academy of Dance and Gymnastics classes to include skills and on vault, bars, beam and floor. Create a positive and encouraging environment for students by modeling professional behavior. Have the ability to get measurable results from students and conduct progress reports. Attend functions off site where gymnast can showcase skills or compete.

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
