SEASONAL SUMMER SWIM INSTRUCTOR

At The Claremont Club, you're not just teaching strokes—you're building confidence, creating safe swimmers, and making a lasting difference in every lesson. Join a dynamic aquatics team at one of the area's premier private clubs, where your energy and expertise truly matter. What You'll Do Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels Foster a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where swimmers thrive Help build water confidence and essential life skills Collaborate with a passionate, team-oriented aquatics staff What You Bring WSI (Water Safety Instructor) certification or equivalent Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications Strong swimming technique and water safety knowledge A patient, enthusiastic approach—especially when working with children Must be 16 years of age or older What We Offer Competitive pay: $20/hour (group lessons) $20-$30/hour (private lessons, based on experience) Flexible scheduling: Minimum 3 days/week with 4-hour shifts Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth A supportive, community-focused environment where your work is valued Spend your summer doing something rewarding, impactful, and fun—both in and out of the water.
