Job Description
Job Summary Saturday Staff Required!! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Soccer Coaches to join our team in Newport and surrounding areas. Sessions will be Saturday mornings between 9-1pm depending on the Region and Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Soccer coaching, and a genuine interest in working with young players as these sessions are for primarily 6 Years old. Coaches must have own transportation. Current season starts in August and runs until early November. Coaches must be able to commit to this time frame. We can work around applicants availability and commitments. Our programs run year round so there will be more work in Winter, Spring and Summer too. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate soccer training sessions
- Instruct players on proper techniques.
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment. Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years Previous experience in Soccer Coaching is Essential.
