Weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings We're Hiring Youth Sports Coaches! Youth Evolution Basketball & Soccer is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Youth Sports Coaches to help create fun, safe, and positive sports experiences for kids. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, loves sports, and wants part-time hours in a fun, active environment. Coaches will help teach basic basketball and soccer skills, promote teamwork and sportsmanship, and make sure every child feels included and encouraged. Mandatory staff training will be provided before the start of sessions and may include on-field training and/or Zoom training. Sports We Offer Basketball Soccer Positions Available Head Coaches Assistant Coaches Event Coaches Substitute Coaches Responsibilities As a Youth Sports Coach, you will: Lead fun and age-appropriate basketball and soccer activities Teach basic sports fundamentals and strategies Keep children engaged, active, and safe during class Encourage teamwork, confidence, fair play, and sportsmanship Help set up, maintain, and organize sports equipment Create a positive and uplifting environment for all participants Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and participants Help manage proper sideline behavior from parents and spectators Support group unity and make sure every child has a great experience Requirements We are looking for candidates who are: Current high school students, high school graduates, or GED holders Passionate about youth development Comfortable working with children Responsible, patient, and dependable Good communicators with a positive attitude Able to remain calm in stressful situations Willing to learn and be trained Knowledgeable in basketball and/or soccer fundamentals Able to provide reliable transportation Available for weekday afternoon shifts and Saturday mornings Prior coaching experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Schedule Current coaching shifts may include:

•12:00 PM Saturday morning availability is strongly preferred. Additional programming opportunities may be available for coaches willing to travel to other locations. Pay & Benefits $20.00
