You can assist us in helping our clients achieve their best performance and reach their goals. The Sports Complex located in El Segundo, CA is a sportsplex consisting of a variety of sport skills training and performance training. Partnered with Velocity Sports Performance, we are looking for a performance coach to train athletes ranging from youth, to college and professional. 1.

Coach Velocity Sports Performance Curriculum:

• Coach youth, student athletes, adults, elite/professionals, and teams with the Velocity curriculum for movement, strength and injury prevention.
• Educate clients on athletic performance training, fitness and wellness practices
• Participate in education to continually update knowledge of Velocity curriculum and performance coaching
• Utilize effective cues and techniques to improve athlete performance
• Deliver athlete assessment, program design and guidance to achieve goals 2. Community Involvement
• Attend local sporting events
• Build relationships with schools and athletic organizations
• Offer expertise at local seminars and educational opportunities 3. Deliver Customer Service
• Meet with athletes and/or parents to give progress updates
• Track client data and provide analysis and feedback
• Educate clients on additional aspects of athletic performance
• Encourage renewals and referrals through world class service and being a brand ambassador 4.
