Job Description
About us: At The Sunshine Swim Center our mission is to provide our community with swim programs that offer not only the basics of water safety and learn to swim lessons, but cultivate a love for swimming that will last a lifetime. The Sunshine Swim Center is looking for a year round Lead Swim Instructor. This position is designed for someone who is looking to grow into a leadership role within Sunshine Swim Center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Begin as a Lead Swim Instructor teaching group and private swim lessons. Learn and demonstrate Sunshine Swim Center's curriculum, teaching standards, and daily operations. Consistently provide exceptional customer service to swimmers and their families. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and leadership in all aspects of the position. Assist with maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient pool environment. Support management with daily operations and facility needs as assigned. Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as experience and performance grow. Transition into a Swim Supervisor role, overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring quality instruction, and helping maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to prepare for a supervisory position. '
