Leadership Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our team. As the head coach you will be responsible for leading and managing, providing guidance and instruction to athletes, and ensuring the overall success of our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement provided weekly training plan
• Provide coaching and instruction
• Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of athlete participation, performance, and achievements

Experience:

• Previous experience in coaching in soccer
• Strong knowledge of Soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
• Ability to educate and mentor athletes of all skill levels
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with children or students in a coaching or mentoring capacity
