Job Description

Full-Time, Contingent Upon Contract Award Clearance:
SECRET security clearance Responsibilities Design and deliver strength and conditioning programs supporting rapid airbase opening, heavy load carriage, equipment movement, and high-tempo mobility tasks Build mission-specific performance programming across varied Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs) Conduct fitness assessments and maintain secure, compliant training records Provide monthly performance reporting metrics to the COR Coordinate with Athletic Trainers and Mindfulness Coaches as part of an integrated HP team Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Current Strength & Conditioning certification (CSCS or equivalent) U.S. citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance prior to start; must maintain clearance for the duration of the contract Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a field environment, including hours of darkness and inclement weather Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening (urinalysis) 4Bj58dO0pw
