Compensation:

$19.20-$24.00 hourly, plus opportunity for commissions.

As a Leadership Marketing trainee, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at driving sales and promoting the brand within a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing product information Actively engaging customers to promote products and services, upselling, and meeting sales targets Maintaining an understanding of the products or services offered, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to communicate with customers Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions by executing in-store signage, distributing promotional materials, and assisting with special events or sales activities Building and maintaining relationships with customers by addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively Gathering feedback from customers, observing market trends, and providing insights to management to help inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store objectives, participating in team meetings, and supporting other team members as needed Adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

18+ years old Reliable transportation to and from work A passion for customer engagement and hitting goals Comfortable standing for most of the shift Sales Experience Preferred, but not necessary Multitasking Skills Effective Communication skills (verbal/written) Conflict management skills
